Location was good, only discovered Level 1 gives us walking access to cafes and restaurants. View was amazing! Access to parking was good and flexibility for visitors to park on level 1 helped with my knee injury.
Room was a little dated, could be upgraded/modernised (our friends were in the room next door - their room has been refurbished). I have a knee injury and shorter than my husband - the jacuzzi/shower height didn't help and no screen to keep water in the tub.

I didn't like having to step over the bath to get into the shower. It was slippery and a non slip mat would have been better. The mirrored cabinets in the main bathroom do not open enough to put things in. The door in the main bedroom was hard to open.

Easy check in and out. Large apartment with everything you need. Perfect location right on the beach with cafes, restaurants and playgrounds all within walking distance. Lovely pool that was nicely heated so we could swim even in winter.
There is construction happening along the beach front that was a bit noisy.

Location and view!
Train your staff. Perhaps older ones? Equip the kitchen for cooking more than spaghetti. More comfy furniture - it’s very basic. Some TLC for the property - broken doors and windows.
