Best Western Premier Gangnam Hotel

Hotel location excellent, very clean, friendly staff.

Bathroom very tiny, the door was mostly in the way. Only room for 1 person. Could do with modernising.

I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at around the world! It was also my birthday trip, so I was already excited, but the experience made it even more special. 🎂✨ The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were always helpful, kind, and happy to assist with anything I needed or guide me whenever I had questions. The housekeeping team was also amazing. They were so friendly, and even with my little Korean we managed to communicate and share smiles. Because I had really bad jet lag, I ended up spending my first two days mostly in the hotel. They kindly brought extra bottles of water and fresh towels, which they left outside my door. The towels were always packed in very clean bags — such a thoughtful detail. I have stayed in many 5-star hotels before, but I have never experienced this level of care and service. Truly impressive! The breakfast was amazing, with both Western and Korean options. Personally, I chose the Korean breakfast because I wanted to experience as much of Korea as possible. 😋 The location is perfect, right in Gangnam, and I had the most amazing view of Namsan Seoul Tower. Seeing that view every day reminded me that I was actually in Seoul such a special feeling. I originally booked for 4 nights, but because of my jet lag and how much I enjoyed my stay, I extended it to a whole week! 😂 A huge thank you again to all the staff for making my birthday trip unforgettable. I truly appreciate everyone’s kindness and hospitality. P.S. I have already booked again see you all in a few months! ❤️
