Good alternative just a few km’s away from our way to Bretagne.

Somewhere to stay for a day on the way to Bayeux with excellent breakfast and a pool.

Lovely clean, bright 2-bed apartment with everything you need for a short stay with the family (2 adults, 2 kids). Short walk to shops and restaurants. Great continental breakfast as well as scrambled egg, bacon & sausage. Pool was good temperature and clean. Staff helpful.

Walls are quite thin so you hear your neighbours (!) and the wallpaper is rough (unfortunately, my youngest child scraped and hurt their feet in bed). Although not directly related to the property itself, we have to mention that you can’t get away from the strong smell of the harbour nearby.

Fab place to stay for a few days and visit everything Normandy related!

Location, apartment and facilities were very good, we enjoyed our stay which was to break up our journey back to the UK. The apartment was clean, kitchen had a hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer, as well as kettle and coffee machine, so it was all very well equipped. We had a balcony which was lovely to eat out on. Breakfast was good, and the location with lovely restaurants and shops were a bonus. You can opt to pay for private parking (which we did) at the complex, and they also had security gates for pedestrians and cars, so it was a very safe complex. We visited the Normandy American Cemetery and Memorial, Pointe du Hoc, as well as Omaha Beach.

I don't have anything to say on what we didn't like! We didn't make use of the pool during our stay, as we were only there for 3 nights, as we ventured out and about for most of our stay, but that isn't a negative on the complex!

Secure parking, nice breakfast. Staff kept buffet breakfast well stocked.

Asked to take out the trash, take the sheets off the bed, otherwise there would be a surcharge. Also took a security deposit.

Comfortable 1 night stay whilst on a cycling trip

The reception staff were super helpful and told us all we needed to know. Only stayed here for 1 night on a cycling weekend. I got the impression that it was almost end of season so not too many guests. Apartment was comfortable and quite big. We kept our bikes in the room overnight as there is no secure lockup places outside. Good shower and bathroom facilities. Beds were comfortable as well. The breakfast was fairly decent and more than suitable. It's only a 5 minute walk into town as well

The suggested bike parking is not secured although the complex itself is. We weren't too keen on the breakfast room smoking before putting food out.

Spacious apartments meant for longer stay, but work for short stays, too

Our rooms were large and had a fridge and kitchenette. Everything worked and was clean. We also really appreciated being able to check in with a reception. They provided us with some information, including gate codes so we could come and go as we pleased. Hotel has a pool and is very close to the ocean.

Parking on-site was extra, so we opted to just unload our stuff by the room, then parked off-site at the nearby marina. It worked, but wasn't ideal. Bathroom fixtures were definitely showing their age and seemed like handles or what-not might fall off soon. Like much of Europe, no air conditioner, so it was hot at night.

This is the worst one I ever seen, and unbeliveblely from top recommendation of booking.com saying it family friendly. We have 2 adults and 2 kids, this is the so-called sofa bed given to us, no bed lining no quilt, nothing... and firstly you gotta unfold it youself. No quilt at all!! only 2 very dirty naked blanket given you, and a sofa everyone sits everyday. a big patch of urine stains lie there apparently. No one would help cause receiption closes at 19:00pm, everyone just dispear like this hotel belongs to no one.
