We had a really comfortable and awesome stay

The view was fantastic. The location was really good. The apartment was clean and tidy.

The main bedroom was small and not sea facing. We ended up using the loft area for the view.

Great apartment -stunning views

We had a loft apartment which an enclosed mezzanine ensuite bedroom and a second balcony. The apartment is very comfortable with plenty of space and great views. There is underground parking and a very good swimming pool. The apartment is serviced daily. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

A minor point - and only for those intending to cook at home - is that there are few kitchen utensils.

Absolutely beautiful, camps bay sunset views with table mountain as the back room views! Clean, great facilities, really great stay at unit 302.

Internet was too slow, so TV couldn't stream much.

Really great place to stay in Camps Bay - highly recommended

Great apartment with all appliances including dishwasher and washing machine. Daily cleaners kept the apartment really clean. Super long swimming pool with views of Camps Bay sea front, the 12 apostles and Lion's Head - really quite stunning. All staff really lovely and friendly.

Modern and clean accommodation in great location.

The property is located in a quiet and convenient location in Camps Bay. It is close the the beach and you can walk there and to all the restaurants and bars in about 20 minutes. Uber is very quick and inexpensive to get there. The property was very clean and daily cleaning service was great. All staff were very attentive and helpful, the property had on site security at night. The pool area was great and had a nice sea view. The property presents good value for money and was ideal as a base from which to explore Cape Town.

I liked the location and the layout/style of the apartment. Concerning the pool around the edge where the water starts desperately needs maintaining everything else was clean and in good order I can only recommend it

A really promising accommodation option let down by a lack of large scale maintenance

Location, pool, view, unit size, parking, clean, reasonable modern

Many damaged, broken and non-functional appliances, doors damaged and locks not working. After hours support by sulking security guards is a poor compromise

The location was excellent. It was a 15 minute walk to the restaurants etc but far enough away to be peaceful. Very secure and staff were fab. The pool area was lovely and views were exceptional.

Apartment 302 was lovely except the pillows and duvets need replacing as very lumpy.

Unbeatable view, average facilities

View was fantastic

Had trouble getting the washing machine fixed. Were told we had to use old towels for 3 days before we could get fresh towels. The shower trap in the en suite smelled bad, raised it a number of times, but was never resolved during our week stay there

Small details matter and could have been improved.

Stunning views of mountains and sea.

I think it’s the small details that mattered. It’s up a very steep hill. Ok to walk down but need a car/Uber to get back up. Nespresso machine in apartment but no pods given - had to be purchased. Fridge door in one apartment was hanging off. Housekeeper took sheets etc off bed , washed them in apartment then ironed them on the floor. Air conditioning was noisy and one bedroom in my daughter’s apartment had no air con at all. One day no teabags or milk left. Milk apparently had run out. Towels were pretty threadbare. The extractor hood above the cooker was a hazard. Several of us nearly took an eye out on it.

Good location. Security is good, parking car felt safe. Standard and nice apartment, but overpriced.

Nice, but not worth the money. 1) No remote to garage given so could not drive the car in or out without having to get the attention of reception to open - especially not great when arriving late at night. 2) Came back into our apartment to find the tumble drying machine gone - right when we needed it. Later found it left outside our apartment door. 3) The photos of the view from the balcony were inconsistent with what we got. I believe some apartments do indeed have the view used for marketing purposes, but our apartment was around the corner from where the view is good. Should then be cheaper or noted. 4) The windows and doors were a disaster. The windows are cheap and even when there is a little wind outside, it sounds like a hurricane. Not to be dramatic, but this woke me up most nights. No doors close properly, especially the door at the back going to the pool area where we had to manually force an automatic door. 5) The pool looks clean on first look but just over the edge is a collection of dirty water. 6) The bath is big and great but only a little bit of water trickles down when the tap is open. The mechanism to switch between a shower head and hand held shower was also not working. Dents in the tiles, etc. 7) Made to look expensive but actually cheap and no attention to detail.

Stunning location at a super area

Well appointed apartment overlooking the ocean and mountains . Nice pool area. Loved the fact that we could do our own laundry. Great Sofa for winding down with Tv. Uber to/from the gorgeous camps bay beach takes 3 min and costs less than £3. Can also walk but it’s steep. Great secure car parking. Great walks along the coast to Clifton. Try having dinner at the Mantra cafe at sunset. Breathtaking

The bedroom could have been a little bigger or at least the bed.

Excellent apartments in a magical location.

A well designed large space with everything you need. Excellent views of Camps Bay and a view of the mountains behind. Good parking below the apartment.

Maybe some basics like coffee pods would be useful for people arriving late but there are shops close by.

Pleasant but sadly did not meet our expectations

The A/C didn’t work properly - was very loud and the heat in the apartment built up quickly when it was off. We requested the A/C to be fixed so “Sleep mode” could work but sadly this did not happen. We were not given a fob for the parking. This made it difficult to get in and out of the accommodation and we got in trouble with the security staff. The shower wasn’t great and leaked into the bathroom. Our room was quite different from the photos in the advert.

Dream place!

Beautiful location in Camps Bay. Was located on the 3rd floor so had morning views of the beach. One side of the apartment had beach and sunset views, the other had views of table mountain and the 12 apostles! Absolutely stunning place to stay for a week! Nice and quiet area.

The location

The furniture and finishes were of a poor quality. Doors got stuck and tiles dislodged. Very poor fittings. The cleaning staff was friendly but the admin lady was not pleasant.

Clean modern 2 Bedroom with beautiful ocean view and convenient location.

The place is beautiful and very comfortable. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. It's not directly on the water but that means it is quieter than being on the main strip of Camps Bay. But it's only about a 7 minute drive down to all the restaurants in Camps Bay. Good location to get to all the tourist sites. Will hopefully be back!

Great but has the potential to be exceptional

It was beautiful, well kept and had a great location

There was construction in the apartment next to ours which was incredibly loud from early in the morning to late at night. I also think the key and keycard should be increased from 1 per apartment to 2 per apartment as there were many times where we split up and one couldn’t get in without the other

Beauty with breathtaking views

An excellent apartment with breathtaking views over Camps Bay and the ocean, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a very comfortable, beautiful and safe environment only a few minutes from everything in the area.

The TV had a little trouble connecting to the channels but the Wi-Fi was strong enough to connect with other gadgets...so not a trainsmash.

Great place but a lot of improvement to be made to a customer’s enjoyment

1. I was told to pay 5000 deposit I was not aware of, and I am still waiting for a payback not knowing who to contact. 2. WiFi signal, there was only signal when you are in the living area, not in the bedroom. 3. The staff would come to clean at around 4-5pm, which is too late 4. How do I get the deposit back?

I never receive any information about the apartment from the host or how to get around in Cape town. There were a few things like the shower, television, and the temperature in the apartment. I made several people aware of my concerns but unfortunately the issues were not fixed:(

Lovely stay overall

Great location and view. Few tweaks it would be perfect. Needed a blind in the bathroom. Neighbours overlooked at a distance but if they were pervy they could watch you in the shower. I was in there and saw the people on an open top your bus sail past. Not ideal.

As above re shower. Never provided garage fob as promised. A few times I had to get out the car, going the reception and asked to be let out.
