The room and beds were comfortable. However, the fan in the room wasn’t working. Also, the major issue we faced was that the room key stopped working again and again, it happened almost every time we came out of the room (and no, the keys were nowhere near our phones). We had to go to the reception desk every time but while they changed our key, no technician came to check the door.
At dinner, when we asked for a kids Mac and cheese for our 3 year old, the waiter never told us it was a proper adult sized portion. Our kid could only eat about 1/4th of the size. The remaining was a waste. If they had informed us earlier, we could have shared it with our kid and wouldn’t have spent the money on ordering another dish. When we asked if we could take away the remaining to be eaten later, the waiter said yes, but later after waiting for 15-20 mins, he said it was not possible.
