Location, clean, room are big and spacious

Room facing hotel front are too noisy, windows not properly sound proof, Its was winter but rooms are hot at night if keep window open is too noisy and if not windy face car pollution smells, air conditioning system centrally off either cold or hot was not working this make fill really upset as I as guest should decide my room temperature not hotel management They charge for coffee capsules and very expensive!!!!, Only two bottle if free drinking water forcing to buy it outside as they charge too high, buffet breakfast not include eggs cooked in different styles so forced to eat the non healthy scramble with too much oil and bacon or you need to pay extra for other styles, buffet do not include omega 3 smoked salmon or legumes

Nice lounge; good BKF.

Maybe the room needed a bit of refurbishment…but all in all good.

Room was very good

I booked a few days before arriving and I insisted on paying for my 3 day stay (c.€600) on arrival. I asked for laundry cleaning and when finished the Front Desk 'held it to ransom' by sending me a letter stating that my Laundry costs c. €43 but I would first have to go to the Front Desk to pay for it. It would then be released to me!! The Buffet Breakfast was good and eggs were available any way you wanted as long as it was scrambled! I asked for 2 Fried Eggs and was told it would cost more! I have travelled the world and this was a first for me. On principle I refused to pay.
