Location was great. Accommodations were superb (large, clean and bright). Raid staff were friendly, helpful and graciously multilingual. We especially enjoyed the welcoming women working in the dinning rooms.
I did cancel and re-book my accommodations at this Riad, a month before our departure because they were listed $100+ cheaper than when i had originally booked. I do not like that Booking.com does not automatically provide price checking or matching and i had to do it myself. I had 7 accommodations booked for my summer vacation and it was a hassle to monitor then all for price drops.

It is close to the center and has a nice sunny rooftop! The staff is supper friendly and helpful!
The Propery is very big but mostly hallways.
It is super cold as we stayed during December. The draft is everywhere including the room. We stayed in Vizir which is top floor so very exposed.
The breakfast was average and there is very little room in buffet as it is literaly in the halway so you are mixing with hotel passengers as you pick up your food. Food ran out fast and it took a while to arrive.
