The property is clean and amazing

Very traditional Moroccan architecture which is love it!!!

I absolutely loved the staff at the property. They were extremely friendly, kind and welcoming, and genuinely went out of their way to make us feel comfortable throughout our stay. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Malak, who works the night shift at reception. Malak was incredibly friendly and helpful. During the night, I needed some milk and cutlery, and he went out of his way to get these for me without any hesitation. He also gave me lots of friendly, big-brother-style advice, and I really appreciated how kind, sincere and genuine he was. He is a real asset to the property and, in my opinion, definitely deserves recognition for the effort and care he puts into his job. I’d also like to give a special shoutout to both Nuhailas — one who works in the kitchen and the other who is the spa manager. They were both genuinely beautiful souls. They spoke to us with so much kindness, warmth and love, and they made my parents feel incredibly welcome and cared for. My parents left with such a wonderful impression of Morocco and its people, and I truly believe these two women played a big part in that. Their kindness will stay with us. Lastly, I’d like to thank Kamal at reception. He was extremely prompt and helpful with his responses on Booking.com and provided me with all the information I needed before and during our stay. A huge thank you to the entire team. The staff really made our experience special, and their kindness and hospitality will be something we remember fondly. ❤️ The hotel itself was absolutely perfect. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I was genuinely so impressed with the spacious rooms, beautiful design, layout and overall atmosphere of the property. Everything about the hotel was thoughtfully done, and my room was far better than I expected. The location is also perfect — just a two-minute walk from the main attractions, which made exploring Marrakech so easy and convenient. Honestly, what more could we ask for?

The only things I would suggest improving about the property would firstly be adding air conditioning to the reception area, as it can become quite warm. I also noticed that there wasn’t a bin in my room; there was only one in the bathroom, so I had to take any rubbish from my room into the bathroom to dispose of it. Finally, I would really appreciate the addition of a bidet or a similar facility in the bathroom. Considering Morocco is a Muslim country and welcomes many Muslim guests, having a bidet would be a thoughtful addition and would also make the process of performing wudhu much easier and more convenient for Muslim guests.

The layout of the riad felt like being in a home rather than a hotel- which it is obviously a traditional home style now used as hotel. The levels were beautifully built around fountain courtyards. The pathways and connections created a separate interest not available at any other more modern version of hotel. The character of the property is exceptionally stylish and tasteful without too much opulence. The details of the designs and traditional artworks make it a beautiful cultural experience.

I can’t fault anything. Other than it’s easy to become disoriented. But once there a few days more easily oriented as there’s plenty of directional signage.

It is close to the center and has a nice sunny rooftop! The staff is supper friendly and helpful!

The Propery is very big but mostly hallways. It is super cold as we stayed during December. The draft is everywhere including the room. We stayed in Vizir which is top floor so very exposed. The breakfast was average and there is very little room in buffet as it is literaly in the halway so you are mixing with hotel passengers as you pick up your food. Food ran out fast and it took a while to arrive.
