Airconditioning controld in rooms dont seem to modulate temprature Initial rooms on 5th floor had poor views of rather messy area next to hotel Restaurant food was a bit hit and miss, breakfast buffet was uninspiring and baked items not great Its a good 5 star but could have some more common areas to match price point

They provided me with early check-in which was very important for me. I am really thankful for that.

Location is slightly far off. That's about it.

All staff was very polite and customer focused. Each and every time I got a very good quick response. I got a complimentary breakfast for all days during my stay as a pleasant surprise. Room service was very prompt. All people in cafeteria were very polite, sincere and helpful. After my vacation I really felt sad to leave the hotel that much love I got there. I thank all of them for everything and wish all of them good luck. Location was very nice. I had a beautiful view of farms behind the hotel. Rooms were well maintained and taken care which shows the dedication of the staff. In short the Hotel stay was a memorable and excellent experience of Indian hospitality. Arvind Phansatkar
