The staff were very friendly and helpful I have stayed there many times and have no problem taking my family there to stay as well.
I cannot really think of things that I didn't like, other than the hotel over all need a facelift

I have been here often. This place always manages to stay more or less the same. The rooms just received a needed update which is fantastic. It’s hard to beat on price, location and comfort in Pattaya.
Nothing worth mentioning.

Me and my friends developed a mutual respectful bond with the housekeeping and bar staff as they ensured our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible so we thank housekeeping staff ladies Aary and nong for there assistance and help.
There was one particular lady whose name i could not retrieve due to the staff all sticking together (obviously) but she was very rude and disrespectful she would bang my door at inconvenient times and disturbed and alarmed me whilst asleep.
