Camera pulita, nuova, bella, insonorrizata, letto comodo. SPA eccezionale, nuovissima, completa di tutto. Staff gentile, disponibile, professionale, preparato. Struttura dell'hotel ammodernata, bella, spaziosa. Bar molto apprezzato.

All’arrivo ho riscontrato molta disponibilità e accoglienza da parte dello staff della reception. Anche Lo staff della parte wellness è stato molto accogliente, esaustivo e disponibile, nonostante alloggiassimo solo per una notte ci hanno trovato le soluzioni per spa e massaggi adatte alle nostre esigenze (anche i massaggiatori molto bravi e qualificati).La struttura offre diverse soluzioni di piscine, ho prezzato molto non solo il percorso spa interno ma anche quello esterno, l’ho frequentato durante la sera tardi e nonostante il freddo la temperatura della piscina esterna era perfetta. La colazione era ottima lo, una vista da favola e la qualità del cibo eccellente. Le camere molto pulite, con una temperatura perfetta per la notte e silenziose. Ho apprezzato molto che la camera fosse dotata di un balcone con una vista mozzafiato. Sicuramente lo proporrò agli amici e penso di ritornarci presto.
Purtroppo per una mia svista non ho prenotato per la cena e in giornata i posti disponibili erano esauriti, fortunatamente lo staff della reception mi ha indicato altre soluzioni molto gradevoli.

The location
Staff invited me to use the external pool and when I was headed to it, some other member of the staff told me I wasn’t able to access it because I had my newborn with me. Now, I get that a facility doesn’t allow infants to access pools after a certain hour, but the disorganization of the staff was embarrassing.
