Way too much money for the type of stay I had.

The location

Staff invited me to use the external pool and when I was headed to it, some other member of the staff told me I wasn’t able to access it because I had my newborn with me. Now, I get that a facility doesn’t allow infants to access pools after a certain hour, but the disorganization of the staff was embarrassing.

We had a very pleasant stay. If I may I would suggest to rotate some dishes for Breakfast and not having always the same items. There is many kind of cheese, cold cuts fruit, and eggs style that can be served. Coffee quality needs a big improvement!!!!

The staff are nice and accommodating, nice clean rooms and a full breakfast buffet, hot and cold, with a nice view.

the rooms were very hot and could not make them cooler even turning off the radiators. also, they would not allowed my children to use the outside (not indoor) heated pool even though it was not being used by anyone else, as they were all at the indoor pool. Therefore, not a place recommended for families.

Good location, and great food

The staff was not friendly to our dog. I mentioned we have a dog when I made the reservation, but the front desk saying they won't tracking the dog, and dog needs extra charge when we check in.

Beautiful place

Wonderful location, very well manteined spa and very friendly people working there. The breakfast is really good and the room was also nice. Walking distance from Asiago town. Absolutely recommended it.

The spa is open only from 2.30 PM which is annoying if the weather is bad because that means that you need to spend the day inside and you cannot make use of the sauna, pool etc. The cost of the spa is not included and this means that you need to pay 30 euro per day. Although you can use the outside swimming pool for free but only in the morning. For the rest no complaints!

Perfect location amazing views

The location and the view from the room was incredible. The room was perfectly clean and the hotel is decorated well. We paid extra for the dog but finding the bowl and the food was a nice touch. Staff was also amazing.

The bed was too hard for me ( but perfect for my husband). Lack of coffee machine / kettle in the room. No info in the room about hotel services. Spa is a paid extra.

Pleasant stay, but expected more for this category.

Our room was very clean. Staff were professional and courteous. The location is very nice, albeit not central.

A 4-star superior hotel should provide air conditioning and should allow some control over the temperature of the room. Also, the bathroom became rapidly humid when we took showers. A more evolved system is to be expected with respect to viewing options (e.g., Netflix, etc.). We did not use the fitness center or the pool.

La struttura è bella. Il centro benessere SPA è eccellente con l'estetista Loretta molto professionale e gentilissima, anche le persone tutte del Wellness Spa sorridenti ed accoglienti con l'ospite. Eccellente. Mentre per quanto riguarda la sala pranzo i camerieri e i responsabili incompetenti del lavoro che svolgono senza attenzione all'ospite senza sorrisi non parlavano. I piatti presentati dalla colazione alla cena, una delusione è dir poco, veramente uno scandalo. Infatti siamo sempre usciti a cena, dopo l' esperienza del primo giorno, all' hotel Linda, la colazione prendevamo un caffè poi neanche quello uscivamo. Paredi Pettina'.

Tutto una delusione in vacanza e ritrovarsi in un posto del genere, si salva molto molto bene con i complimenti il centro Wellness & Spa. Tutte gentili un riguardo alla Signorina Estetista Loretta molto professionale e gentilissima. Deludente la parte ristorante e la colazione sia del personale non all'altezza e incapaci senza un sorriso un'attenzione all'ospite si vedevano in sala poi sparivano tutti, come tutto il resto il menù scadente in tutto.
