Perfect Stay with nice staff and best breakfast buffet

The Haveli style Architecture, the traditional Rajasthani interiors, Painted ceilings and walls, Portrait of Royal members and old glass Lamps. The Breakfast buffet was delicious with quite some variety. The staff was polite, professional and helpful.

It was quite far from the sites and restaurants so it was a taxi to get anywhere.

Everything was good. People were friendly. Breafast options could have been more elaborate - ( Their fresh juice were very very dliuted). Rooms were confortable. The restaurant for dinner is in the top floor while the kitchen is downstairs - so sometimes there are delays in getting the food. Food was good at the restaurant. THere is a Cafe De Marbella ( italian and mediterreanean) just 2 min walk . We do recommend that place for dinner as a welcome change to heavy rajasthani food. The porters / cleaners need to be tipped ( its part of the culture so cant blame them). I would stay here again . Nothing to complain for a 4 star. ( The swimming pool cannot b e used, its more of a show piece than a pool) People visiting Bapu Bazaar or johari bazaar - its 15 -20 min by Uber or Auto. Most of the autos will not go there purposely stating its closed. So force them to take you there. The Autos are Anti Bapu and Johari and will take you so some other shop on a commission sharing basis. So play smart

Fabulous boutique hotel

We loved everything about this hotel. It is beautiful. Our room was well appointed and super clean. The shower was large and there was always plenty of hot water. The restaurant on the roof was really pretty and the food was great. We ate 3 dinners and 2 lunches there. We had our clothes laundered and our rental car washed too! The staff were welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

A beautifully designed heritage-style hotel that made our Jaipur stay memorable and comfortable.

We loved the beautiful heritage décor and the traditional Rajasthani architecture throughout the property. The rooms were clean, spacious, and gave a royal feel. The staff was polite, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. The rooftop dining area was charming and the ambience felt very warm and homely. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for our family and the kids really enjoyed the heritage vibe.

Poor Service and Unpleasant Experience

The style

I recently stayed at a hotel that offers a pick-up service from the train station, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. When we arrived at the station, the driver did not provide us with a clear meeting point. This lack of communication led us to a location surrounded by local people who were harassing us, touching us, and laughing at us. We felt extremely in danger during this distressing situation. Once we were finally located by a taxi, I received a call from Ranvijay the hotel manager who was not only unhelpful but also rude. His dismissive attitude shocked me even more. He stated it wasn’t their fault that we were harassed at the station. However, since they offer this service, it is their responsibility to ensure it is executed properly and safely. If the hotel cannot guarantee the safety of their pick-up service, it would be better for them not to offer it at all and allow customers to find reliable drivers themselves. I can assure you there are many thoughtful and trustworthy options available. Additionally, upon checking into the hotel, we found that the bedsheets were dirty, which added to our disappointment. Given these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel. My experience here was the only negative one during my travels in India; every other hotel I stayed at provided impeccable service. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves their service in the future.

Amazing stay

Wow! This hotel gives entire vibe of Rajasthan with superb traditional interiors all over and evening rajasthani folk music and dance. We had laal maans in their terrace restaurant and it was amazing. The area around the hotel was clean and hawa mahal, city palace, the pink city area is just 3km from here. They had gated car parking which was great for us. In the morning we enjoyed their fabulous breakfast buffet. The breakfast area also gives the vibe of a palace. Overall really happy with the hotel staff and hotel facilities. If you ask me no need to venture out to pink city this hotel is so good.

The hotel overall feels stuffy as there is not scope of air breeze but given the construction that cannot be helped.

I stayed two nights at this hotel in Jaipur, and it truly felt like something out of a fairytale. It is the most unique and beautiful hotel I’ve ever experienced, worth every single rupee just for the atmosphere and history. You can wander around for hours, admiring and photographing the ancient art and architecture. The rooms are huge, clean, and very comfortable. The entire staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful – they even upgraded my room at no extra cost when the street noise bothered me. The food was delicious, and every night there was a wonderful authentic performance of music, singing, and dancing.

Room had seepage AC was not good considering we went in August and it was too hot. When we first checked in the sitting area had no covers on, it was only covered next day. Beds and mattress felt like they are ages old. Duvet and Pillow covers were still a little wet as if it wasn't properly dried after wash.
