Nice hotel

Nice, modern hotel, friendly staff. Good breakfast and large rooms. You always have Tuktuk drivers waiting outside.

The location doesn't have a lot of restaurants or cafes. The area is not as nice.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Jaipur

The breakfast was amazing. The location was decent, it was a bit loud in the evenings but were relatively close to the Pink City and all the major tourist attractions. It was also about a half an hour taxi ride from the airport which was convenient. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel its self is beautiful with amazing rooms.

Was a bit loud as our room was on the street but it wasn't bad after about 11pm

Impeccable experience

Very modern , clean and comfortable installation. Staff is very friendly and worried about your wellbeing . I was very well taken care of by general manager Kanishk. Laundry service is also impeccable- the best I’ve had in India.

Convenient and pleasant for a short stay in Jaipur but the service could be improved.

Convenient location, efficient laundry and spacious bedroom, and some of the staff (specifically, kanishk) were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom had a funny smell, they didn’t clean our room when asked, one of the waiters had a tendency to linger over our table and stare at us while we were eating, and there was no safe in the room.

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast and dinnner were dissent. The staff was helpful and friendly. In general our stay was pleasant. If I ever come back I’ll choose it again.

The property was located in a great location. We were originally on the ground floor and it was a little noisy but after expressing our discomfort to the hotel manager, we were immediately moved to a quieter room.

Great time in Jaipur, thoroughly enjoyed.

Our room was very spacious and very clean. The shower was excellent - the water pressure was amazing and the hot water was very hot. Staff were fantastic - we initially had a street facing room which was very loud, and they were more than happy to swap us to a quieter room which was very comfortable but a bit dark as a result. We booked a driver through the hotel and Isar organised the driver, Shoaib, and the car. We were with him for 3 days and he was exceptional. He was able to recommend the best places for shopping and helped us to create an itinerary for each day.

Very noisy location if you have a street facing room, and difficult parking outside the property when being dropped off. The restaurant doesn’t serve alcohol which was disappointing when we wanted to have an afternoon drink after we had arrived from a long car journey.

Good hotel to stay for few days

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Jaipur. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warm attitude really made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The service was excellent, and every interaction with the team was pleasant and professional. Thanks to the friendly staff, our experience in Jaipur was even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Loved my stay at Dev Mahal. Would highly recommend it to other tourists

The hotel is centrally located as such in the heart of the city but hidden in a quiet lane. Perfect for peace yet easily accessible. The hotel was very well maintained. The decor is beautiful giving tourists a glimpse of Rajasthani architecture. The staff are highly professional and very helpful.

The A/C in my room was a little loud and may be in need for maintenance. But this was a minor inconvenience.

Jaipur, the jewel of the golden triangle

I have to acknowledge and give a thank you to all the staff of the hotel. A special and personal thank you to Kanishk the front desk manager. He was in contact with me prior to my arrival and helped facilitate my transfer to the hotel. He also assists me with connecting me with my airlines has I was trying to make changes to my traveling itinerary.

A memorable family stay, made special by thoughtful hospitality and genuinely caring staff

We had a fantastic stay at Dev Mahal as a family of four. Kanishk went above and beyond from the moment we checked in — upgrading our rooms, suggesting great itineraries, and always following up on any requests to make sure everything was perfect. Rooms were spacious with very modern bathrooms (and central hot water). Special shout-out to our driver, Wasim, who was incredibly trustworthy and felt like part of the family by the end of our 3 night stay.

Our upgraded rooms were right underneath the kitchen, and got a little loud quite early in the morning as chefs started for the day. There was also no late night room service.

Had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Dev Mahal. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location is quite convenient. Special thanks to Mr. Kanishk (Manager) for his professionalism and warm hospitality. He was very helpful and ensured everything went smoothly. The staff was polite and responsive throughout the stay. Overall, excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

Fantastic boutique stay in Jaipur

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Dev Mahal. We were a family of 9 travellers with a few visiting Jaipur for the first time. The arrival was wholesome with the staff welcoming us on arrival. Kanishk and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating with guiding on best places to travel and good local recommendations. The rooms were spacious with beautiful mahal aesthetics. Israr our travel coordinator from the hotel was also fantastic at providing us with good local recommendations of best places to eat and sight see. Could not have had a better experience for my family and myself.

The staff at the restaurant were very courteous and cooperative. Also, they upgraded our room to upper floor on our request.

The reception staff didn't greet or smile at all on entry as he was busy looking at his screen and in his own stuff. After a while, he asked for the welcome drink. Overall, the very first impression was bad.

Beautiful Hotel, Fantastic Staff!

We had such a wonderful stay at Dev Mahal Hotel. The place is beautifully decorated and so peaceful—you really feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The staff were fantastic, especially Kanishk, who went out of their way to make us feel at home. The food was delicious, and the location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet. We loved every minute of our stay and would happily come back! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

The size of the room and we had requested for a quiet top room, but didn’t get it and were given the ground floor room. The Television remote was not working either, nor was the wifi good.
