The ocean proximity from the hotel,
The hotel description for the room we picked did not have a kitchenette as described in the original booking. All it had was a coffeemaker, no fridge or other items.

Property is right on a beautiful beach. The serving staff are exceptional!
We arrived to find they had no rooms for the first two nights of our 14 day stay even though we had booked 7 months earlier.
Booking.com has a 24/7 customer service and they NEVER responded to a request for help. I have booked through them in the past but will never book through booking.com again…..BAD customer service!

Location
The food was not very good for am all inclusive. They were limited on servings put out at buffet service. Seafood and avocado were hard to find on the menu.
We only had 2 nights with music or any entertainment.
