La villa excelente , room service excelente
Las bebidas preparadas pésimas no tienen calidad ni en los alcoholes , meseros de Bistró pésimo servicio mal educados y pues en realidad no es todo incluido ( ya que hay alimentos y bebidas de mejor o excelente calidad que las cobran )

Persona que limpió la villa muy amable Gracias. Alberca muy limpia La Villa está muy aceptable, lástima del servicio
Mucha espera en el bufet , casi 1 hr para entrar y es que solo tienen 2 restaurantes y el de la alberca , demasiada espera en el checkin, y no te explican cuando te dan la villa donde se ubica duramos 1/2 hr esperando un carrito porque es un desorden ahí para tomarlo, para que la villa estuviera a la vuelta, el Sr chofer del carrito se burló, muy inconveniente que no se pueda pagar en efectivo, se tardan mucho para llevar servicio al cuarto 1hr y alimentos de mala calidad y lo más increíble solo nos quisieron dar 2 botellas de agua al día por persona.
