The gardens, the pool and the location. The breakfast buffet is also good. The balconies of the rooms have good view. The pool has a good size.
Soundproofing of the rooms. Perhaps enable more parking spaces. Perhaps update the décor. But overall it is a very comfortable hotel.

Friendly staff Away from the busy areas. Good food available. Beautiful gardens. Thankfully no 'entertainment' 😆
The hotel could add details to Booking.com for guests arriving on foot. It's a short walk away from the train 🚆 station. Ideal for those without transport.

Not centrally located but an easy bus ride or 20 minute walk to downtown.
