Although I was only able to do a very short stay here, the breakfast was impressive and the views lovely.

We love this hotel and have stayed a few times. this time in some of the hottest days Ireland has had, which was lovely as Malahide in the sunshine is glorious!! Our room was modern and clean but unfortunately there was no air con in the rooms however a fan was left. Due to the extreme heat the room was extremely hot and the fan was of little use unfortunately. We left the window open to help keep room cooler at night but unfortunately our room had a view of pipes and the noise of the boiler through the night on top of the heat meant very little sleep for us. Sadly this marred our stay. Staff were lovely, food was ok. We would think of staying again but not in a heatwave, unless iof course Aircon is operating in all rooms. Hopefully this will happen. We had a lovely time in Malahide but left tired due to little sleep.

Pleasant in a quiet neighbourhood thankfully. The coast restaurant has stunning beach views if you have a nice seating spot but its tiny book in advance.
check in was supet fast, bit of a hassle and multiple requests but finally we got a late check out approved.
the room was not sound proof at all I heard noise from the doors banged in corridor at night and my neighbours talking and their television. toilet seats are not soft close not are the drawers in dressers. Heating was centrally controlled so it was either too cold or too hot in the room I struggled to sleep all night.
cleanliness was remarkable though.
