We enjoy this hotel so much - it’s our third time there this year. It’s the friendliness of the staff, cannot fault any of them. Always pleasant and helpful. The food is so good. Breakfast is a feast on its own. We are always so relaxed when we visit. We had a room with a sea view looking out onto the marina and coast. We now don’t want to stay in any other hotel. It’s so good

From our arrival to departure we were greeted with smiling faces, in this high quality accommodation with a support team extending all visitors a true Irish welcome. Special mention to the team maintaining a very high standard of cleanliness in our room, pampering to our needs. Definitely 6/5 in this area .
Floor service facilitators foyer, cafe & restaurant attentive to our needs with dedicated preparation to ensure those those that followed felt just as welcome on this very busy period. Glad to see a well balanced approachable workforce.
I continue to welcome managements continued updating of facilities to what is now my favourite hotel to visit. My adult children all agree 'The Grand' is the place to be, flying in to join us.
Thank you all, keep up your good work, gardens were beautiful too, great to see families using this shared area, painted a very inclusive picture. Looking forward to booking my next stay.

We stayed a few months ago and had to return. The rooms are so comfy and quiet. They serve a lovely buffet breakfast and you can also order from the kitchen. Its a good base for the dart or bus into dublin which we have used both.

Pleasant in a quiet neighbourhood thankfully. The coast restaurant has stunning beach views if you have a nice seating spot but its tiny book in advance.
check in was supet fast, bit of a hassle and multiple requests but finally we got a late check out approved.
the room was not sound proof at all I heard noise from the doors banged in corridor at night and my neighbours talking and their television. toilet seats are not soft close not are the drawers in dressers. Heating was centrally controlled so it was either too cold or too hot in the room I struggled to sleep all night.
cleanliness was remarkable though.
