Great location near the city center.
The whole experience living in an old villa was overall spectacular.
Stuff was incredible nice, informed us with how to get around the city, prepared a breakfast for us, cause we had an early check out.
Overall if staying in Rapallo one more time, it would be here.

Everything was amazing. The location is close to the train station, and the balcony offers a great view. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. Both the building and the interior design are beautiful.
Maybe the breakfast more various.

Friendly and helpful staff, and a nice breakfast. We all slept well and found the room to be clean.
The decor and facilities in the room need some updating and attention. There were one or two maintenance issues such as light fittings coming loose, or just not working, the toilet sistern continually running etc.
The hotel's location and period features mean it has the potential to be a wonderful place to stay - some upgrading of rooms is required though, as the ambience was disappointing.
