We spent a week in Venezia Resort hotel (26 year old couple) in the beginning of May 2024. For a 4-star hotel it had everything that there should be. Staff was amazing, food was great, lots of options and different food every night. All inclusive bar (only 1) served good drinks as well but obviously they were a bit small and light. The ones you could buy from the new Marrakech bar were really good, also offered free nuts on the side. It was not an all-inclusive bar.
Pools were okay, nothing special, waterpark was for smaller kids, 1 ride was also for 12+ that was nice.
We were travelling around for the most part, but hotel also had some entertainment during the day time that we took part in the last day - fun games in the pool or just fun sport games. In the evening there was a program, some days were really fun, movie theme quiz etc.
Room (I believe it was a standard room) was also okay, it had a balcony with a really nice view although the walls were paper thin and we could hear a lot of noise. Also the shower curtain was broken and after showering everything was wet. The sink was also malfunctioning and was really difficult to get to the correct water pressure without splashing water everywhere.
We left out a few snacks while we went to an other island and when we came back there were a few ants on the counter top and near the snacks. As its usually really hot there, they only offer sheets to sleep with so we asked for an extra blanket that they provided (a really nice soft and really warm blanket).
For tourist activities hotel offers lots of options and you can book everything from the hotel. Also car rental was straight from the hotel, very fast, easy and relatively cheap. The lady at the car rental was there from morning til evening and she was super nice and gave us lots of tips on what to do on the island.
Hotel has a small market down stairs that has all the necessities.
Bus will take you to the local beach 3 times a day, but it's a small mini van so not sure how it will be during the summer season, probably will have more than 3 times as it only fits ~15 people.
