The place is good and value for money. Just reminder, you have to walk around 7/800 meter with luggages to reach the resort.

Everything is very nice here. Best value.

If you want reasonable yet a good staycation in Railay, this is the place. The place is mostly located at the very east of Railay. If you have backpacks only, I would say you can go from Aonang. But if you have luggages, then go from Ao Nam Mao Pier because there you'll get boat for the east beach of Railay. Also there's a pier so transfer would be more feasible.

Our stay at Railay Viewpoint Resort was okay overall, but there were some things that could be improved. The location is convenient and close to the pier, but the views are not as impressive as some other hotels in the area. I think this is one reason the price is more affordable. The room was also quite basic, but considering the price, it was reasonable. Unfortunately, our experience with one of the receptionists was disappointing. His attitude and manner were not what we expected from someone working in hospitality. We tried our best to be understanding and accommodate the situation, but his behavior was difficult to accept. As people who also work in the hotel industry, we understand the importance of good service, so we chose not to make an issue of it during our stay. I hope the management can provide him with more training in customer service and hospitality. However, I would like to give special credit to all the housekeeping staff. They were very polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated their service and were happy to give them a good tip to show our appreciation. The hotel itself has a nice atmosphere. Also, be careful with the monkeys—they can come down and take snacks or other things left in front of your room. In the end, we still had a good time and chose to overlook the receptionist’s attitude. If you are patient and don’t expect perfect service, this hotel can still be a reasonable option for a stay in Railay.
