The staff were amazing!!! My sister and I met all these lovely people who truly made our stay better. Big shout out to Kesha, Lulu, Niko, Jo, Sam, Dass, Peni (I hope I spelt that right) you were all lovely and funny and to all the other staff there who shared funny jokes and big smiles. We hope to come back soon!

the staff were all super friendly and attentive, the activites were easy to book and the food had a good variety and options you could get for brekfast lunch and dinner.
i thought the beach around wasn't going to look so brown, and some of the things were broken around the hotel as it had just been raining a lot

Nice pools
Outdated gaming equipment, rooms large but not enough lighting after the dark inside the room, hotel isolated by a river so you have to get on a small boat to get there. Once you there there are limited options for food.
