Staff at desk very helpful and friendly
At breakfast, need a second plate, may seem a small issue but very inconvenient. Coffee machine needs an upgrade.

Location, clean
Room key not working for a few days during our stay and getting waken up by a random concierge’s phone call at 7 AM in the morning looking for a room key. Not value for money. Pictures are better than in person
