Easy access, appreciated the use of the tennis court. Apartment (603) was lovely, liked the layout, great views and well equipped. Location was perfect to access parks, city cat and BNE CBD.
We were promptly moved after two days due to a hot water issue but were happy to find that we had moved to a nicer apartment with a lovely layout and nice view.
The first apartment was quite dated and would benefit from a renovation.

Great location, close to Sydney Street ferry terminal.
Apartment 304 was good size 2 bedroom apartment.
Car parking onsite.
Kitchen old and in need of updating.
Crockery and cutlery in cupboards dirty .
Bathrooms also need updating.
