The location was great, the rooms were cute and clean
The power went out in the whole hotel one of the nights we were there. The morning we checked out, the hot water went out in the whole hotel. We were unable to have a warm shower the entire morning and had to depart the hotel without using it. The hotel offered very little for the inconvenience. it should've been a partial refund

The property was well maintained and very clean. It was centrally located and near public transportation. There were several shops and restaurants within walking which made it easy for visitors to the area.

If I could give more than 10, I totally would. This place is incredibly well designed, maintained and run by lovely friendly people. Chloe is fantastic! The room is on the smaller side of scale, BUT I barely found it as a disadvantage - it has rather an opposite effect: coziness, functionality, optimal positioning, and high-end features. Right after this place, I moved to a 4-star chain hotel which compared to Casimir was surprisingly underdelivering.. so now I want to go back to my tiny perfect room with the sunset view 🥹 the breakfast is also tasty, all in all this place is brill.

The location is close to where I need to go.
But It’s 30 minutes walking to the champs-élysées.
There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel (haven’t used it but am sure will help residents here).
There is a Monoprix (supermarket) right across the street (less than a minute walk)
The superior king room had a Jaccuzi 🥰
No complimentary water added to the room.
Very noisy as there are so many restaurants next to it.
The single bedroom is very tiny for anyone having more than a suitcase.

The location was great! Mkt across street, saddled between restaurants, ATM across street, Taxi stand, busses, Metro around any corner. I paid close to $800/5 days for a tiny room -no shower. Asked for larger room, no additional fee; was told my room was a, "comfo!rt room." Think I overpaid, truly - breakfast was good; fruits, eggs, rolls, lovely dining room. Excellent staff, nice hotel, maid service good. Get laundry down by 9:00; laundry returned that afternoon.
DO NOT STAY IN ROOM 153 No shower, tiny room, tiny window: This room has a door, within a door. You go thru one door (that closes) down a dark hallway (light does come on), then to your room (it was kinda spooky) The daily rate still is a question as to what rate buys a room other than a, "comfort room." Does anyone want a less than comfortable room? I wonder. Smile Hotel was good but I'd try another when I revisit Paris. Oh! the restaurant to the right is great and Lina's on next block, (out the door, pass ATM, taxi's - its there!)

Very easy to check in and check out, good location and very nice room for the price. Very comfy bed.
The only thing I didn’t like was the shower. There was no stand for it above head height, so you had to hold it yourself to use it.

1) The hotel itself was fine, with its own nice atmosphere.
2) The room was not big but it has everything you'd need.
3) The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
1) "100 EUR deposit on arrival" transformed into "138 EUR freezing 2.5 weeks in advance" and then into "200 EUR upon arrival". Booking and Hotel consider it as normal.
2) Hotel staff doesn't know their own money charge rules. Quite funny and dissapointing to see how they change them on flight.
3) Booking sent us a message (on behalf of the hotel). We were accused of damaging something, and that we didn't pay the deposit on arrival. A really nice guy at the reception was surprised and said everyrhing's okay. So in general it was just a waste of time on chatting and additional stress.
4) "DO NOT DISTURB" sign was ignored. The room was entered in our absence.
5) Poor communication skills and unwillingness to solve the issues from the staff. The hotel has quite old payment system, meaning that you can't pay via Booking, virtual card or phone. Unfortunately hotel staff didn't had any intention to describe that. If you start asking questions about the payment, they will suggest you to find another hotel.
6) Poor English for most of staff.
7) Ladies on the reception desk were discussing us in French. Not a problem btw, but there are much more suitable places for that 🙂

I booked a single room. The bed was almost a small double and very comfortable. The window looked onto an enclosed space, no traffic noise. It is 20 paces from the Pereire metro. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The room has everything: it's clean with smart decor, a small but perfect shower room, a fridge and coffee making.
The only improvement for me would be if one of the two pillows was a little softer! The pillows were comfortable though.

Perfect location, close to a bus transfer to the airport and close to the metro station. The room is quite old
They take a deposit and when you come ask to pay the full price. In my case they send back the deposit (around 200 euro) but I haven't got the money back yet.

location was perfect and close to so many facilities.
i want to tell you about my experience, I entered the hotel and I paid certain amount as an insurance which will be return to me upon checkout. I was surprised when the hotel deducted 15 EUROS because I drank the water price and small pringles and chocolate that they provided to me on the mini bar upon check- in. I believe anyone in my place would have thought that they are provides by the hotel as a welcome kit or whatever. However, I’m wondering why the left them there for me if they want to charge me for that? that’s really shocked me. They should have informed me from the beginning about that. I’m really disappointed and I will not consider this hotel for my future trips to Paris.

Value for price was great. Hotel is not in the middle of tourist attractions. But still it is located in a very central location. You can walk to Arc de Triomphe / Champs-Élysées in 20 minutes. There is also a metro station next to the hotel. By taking metro number 3, you can reach to 2nd and 3rd Arrondissements of Paris in 10-20 minutes.

The staff is generally friendly. Good localization, not far from the Arc de Triomphe, the metro is right next to the hotel, the taxi is inexpensive from the hotel to all the central attractions.
Unfortunately we got a lower standard room than booked. This room was not very pleasant, it looked like it was from 2005. But after our request, they changed the room for us the next day, and the new room was already good.

the hotel is a small nice cozy place. They offer good breakfast for the money , and the staff were really friendly and smiley ( something not common in Paris 😂).
Its location is just perfect as there is a bus stop next outside the hotel door and metro and an RER station just close by .
I recommend this hotel, and will be back in case I pass by paris again
