Able to store our touring bicycles during our stay. Easy location to reach by bike. Can walk to the old town from the hotel, also river front walkway and park is just over the road. Space to relax in the lobby if your room feels too small. Coimbra is cool.

Excellent location, a tiny room, with a couples' bed, a closet and a desk. And a bathroom. Basic and comfort. Breakfast was nice, with orange juice to be made fresh, by us. Oat flakes available and fruit salad (some of it, from can). No gluten free bread, no alternative spread for those who want to avoid pork and dairy products.

The staff, the location were friendly and good
No socket outlets in the bathroom, so nightlight possible 😡
No socket outlets next to the bed
The room was small and my wife had no free space on her side of the bed
The breakfast missed a sharp knife so opening a fresh croissant was not possible, no bananas and no hams, not even strawberry jam 😞
The food in the restaurant cones out of a package, no real chef present
