Location, staff, AC, small but well designed room
Corridors are claustrophobic, elevator works but seems like it's on its last legs. Rooms are small- its a generous capsule is one way to describe the room although the capsule is exceptionally well designed.

Great location. Very quiet. Room compact but big enough and shower was brilliant.
A kettle would have been a good addition.

So refreshing to see a hotel with free water, coffee and tea. Lovely rooms, well used space with a plug ins on each bed side. Breakfast for everyone, from porridge to scrambled eggs. Wifi Access and speed were also a plus. Overall exceeded our expectations.

The Location is good. The staffs is very helpful.
The room is poorly designed, perhaps not intended for the average traveler. The corridor is narrow, and the bathroom lacks a door, making it awkward to navigate. Getting in and out of bed requires climbing over it like a cave, which has led to us bumping our heads a few times. Plus no neutral night anyway uncomfortable!
