The private garage and private access to the room made the experience quite exceptional. Room was spacious and clean, both the garage and the room smelled good when we arrived. The little gifts ( coffee, cakes, water) was a nice gesture from the hotel.
Communication at the gate is to be improved, the staff only spoke spanish and they couldn’t hear us well enough.

I thought it difficult get in and out the property, it’s a non-receptionist digital process. About the room, the matress was a little old and not so comfortable. Clean room.

Being able to park the car under the room
Having to download an app to be to open the garage door..no facilities for food as advertised on Booking.com no bar no snacks & no way to order food to be delivered to the rooms *all offered on Booking.com
