Location, staff made you feel so very special it is a fairytale location truly magical
For the price I would of expected to have water in the rooms especially in this hot weather and a basic breakfast included at least with options for an upgrade
And a plug socket near a mirror to dry my hair

The location and setting were perfect. Room was very nice, good size, big bathroom , recently decorated (or at least it appeared to be)
Bar area had a tired feel, laminated menus a tad ‘Bernie inn’

The location and it was also quiet
The room had no air con and no fridge or water supplied. I would have thought a minimum for a room at this price.
