Location very good have used it before next to the bus stop close to Gants Hill and Illford

Staff and hotel location are good.
Rooms were smelly, bit dated furniture. For summer weather, room was not comfortable without fan / air conditioning.

Good location
Bed was not comfy as mattress springs were hurting as no prper covering on them or worn out. The pillows were very thin so ask gor extra.
