Lovely hotel, nice staff. Breakfast was nice.
Mattress was okay, had dips in it so must be an old one. Had a little back ache in the morning.

Location had a lot of good attractions close by. Breakfast was really good and had a lot of variety. Parking was easy. The pool area was clean and warm and they gave us towels at the pool/spa. The room was nice and had everything we needed like soap, kettle, hot chocolate etc. Bed was comfy. Flat screen TV was great. Staff were very nice and helped us with anything we needed.
WiFi stopped working midway through the stay on the TV. The bathroom has no ventilation so it stays very steamy and smelly. Restaurant was very expensive for poor quality of food at night.

Bed was comfy but too small for my husband who is 6ft 2 not long enough. The swimming pool lockers - hardly any of them worked had to bring my stuff with me to the pool.
Not as advertised our room was very dated and nothing like the pictures advertised so it was misleading. The room needs an upgrade. Although it was clean. The courtyard view sounds fancier than it is overlooking some maintenance areas.
