We came for a friend's wedding, had some taxi issues to get to the venue, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help in anyway they could, offering lifts, options to stay in their own bar with food and drinks they were outstanding. The hotel was amazing, fantastic room, we had a lovely lunch when arrived and breakfast the following day. We didn't get to experience the pool etc but heard excellent reviews from guests and would definitely stay again and are very grateful to all the staff for their help and support.
Nothing comes to mind...we only had taxi issue to get us to wedding venue - which was all pre-booked and was error on the taxi company side nothing to do with the hotel...

Location and the property design
I would strongly advise against dining at the hotel restaurant. The cuisine presented as Italian falls well short of the standards one would expect, and regrettably does not do justice to the richness and authenticity of Italian culinary tradition.
