Great location from East Midlands airport, clean and comfortable for stop off stay. Located next to a 24 hour service station which is very convenient

Thought breakfast was going to be a cook breakfast didn’t realise it was going to be in a box . But actually it was a nice change and enjoyable.
Definitely far too hot in the bedroom upstairs although there was a fan in the room it wasn’t enough and the window was closed when I arrived. Could do with air conditioning but I realise that when I stayed we were in a heat wave.

The bed was comfortable and the hotel was reasonably quiet, despite the road noise which was expected.
The room was bland and dated. A lick of paint and some colour would make a difference.
