    Hotel was clean and welcoming and good value especially with the inclusive breakfast . Staff very efficient and polite. Excellent cooked breakfast served in very comfortable surroundings. Niggles are £5.00 per night parking fee, air con unit not working and odd selection of tv channels. We would definitely stay again.
