This hotel is simply fantastic. For myself and my partner we had booked here as small get away and this was a bit of a treat for us. We booked one of the Spa Suites (Tepidarium Signature Spa Suite). The room was absolutely amazing, with the bonus of having a sauna and and large tub and shower facilities all within the room. A definite thumbs up from my partner, she absolutely loved it. The room and facilities were spotlessly clean, and naturally the room had a very comfortable bed. My partner often finds it difficult to sleep, but I'm pleased to say she got a good nights rest and didn't actually want to leave the following morning, which definitely speaks highly of the comfort of the room. The staff were brilliant, very welcoming and helpful, from the reception staff that greeted us on our arrival, got us checked in and gave directions to the room to the very friendly and helpful cleaning staff member whose assistance was greatly appreciated the following morning. The hotel is certainly one I will be happy to recommend to others and will be happy to stay at again in the future.
