Location and the host. Jérome and his Mother were very welcoming.
Property is quite small but perfect for a one night stay.

Nice start point for a walk along the coast or access to the centre.
Friendly manager.
Much noise through long periods of the night through the bedroom windows (which overlook the back of the building across the street, therefore amplifying the noise).
