Coral Princess Hotel is located in a really nice spot. really close to everything, la placita is about 12 mins walk, there's a walgreens and playa bowls place few mins away. old san juan is only 8-10 minutes by car and uber only costing 7-10 dollars.

I have never stayed in a hotel that doesn't have hot water. This is ridiculous. I could paid half on a different place and still get hot water. Also no iron and no hangers. Iron board with no iron WTH. I booked 2 nights and never came back for the 2nd night. If you dont mind wrinkled clothes and cold shower go for it.

The hotel is in a comfortable city place, staff is very friendly and nice - especially cleaning lady, she was very helpfull!
However, we stayed in the room facing the street and it was impossible to sleep due to heavy sounds from there. The hotel should renovate their windows and doors to make sure hotel guests can sleep as even the earplugs didn’t gelp how loud it was possible to hear everything.

Very horrible first time experience charge my card on file in excess over a 1076 dollars on top of the money that was paid for the reservation not worth it they are trifling scammers look up acacia boutique hotel very staff is genuine absolutely worth it in Puerto Rico stay away from coral princess hotel
