Excellent facilities, very friendly staff. Great overall value and stay in the property. I really like the architecture and design of the hotel. The room was really clean and smelled excellent.

The location, spacious of the room, the staffs from the front liner, kitchen staff, cleaner etc. Possible to provide more HALAL foods instead than the pork as you have a muslim chef. Suggested to have a corner of halal foods for muslim as well. Good selection of drinks and healthy foods.
The bed and pillow are too soft. I prefer a flat bed instead the fluffy one for my back.

The staff were really friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel, is far from main attractions. We got food poisoning and it ruined the whole trip. Unfortunately when we got food poisoning the hotel was the only place we ate at.
Cleanness was fair. House keeping dose not wash the shower and by the end of the trip the shower started smelling. They only changed towels.
