They changed my room when I wasn’t happy with it. Nish at the Harbour restaurant was very accommodating after I received a cold half cup of cappuccino I ordered for room service, he replaced the cup warm and hearty.
Reception staff not very friendly. Neither was the floor manager. When I told them it was my birthday I didn’t even get a complimentary morning coffee. There is no sea view. Spa reception staff cold and unfriendly. I went to the spa down the road instead which had more reasonable prices and friendly staff.
