Savoy Central Hotel Apartments

The location was very nice and all shops, markets, ATMs near you, as well the staff was amazing from reception, breakfast team and security as well, all were really friendly and helpful.

The best part of our stay at Savoy Central Hotel Apartments were the staff members. From being greeted with a smile and refreshment drink on our arrival to our departure, every interraction with Savoy staff members made us feel welcomed and cared for. Their genuine smiles and attentive attitude created a trully relaxing and homey atmosphere that made our week unforgettable. Another perk is close proximity to excellent dining at various price ranges and walking distance to Old Dubai.

The room and facilities were just a little dated, but nowhere close to negatively affecting our stay. The hotel had everything we needed and the staff made sure we enjoyed our stay, providing exceptional value for money we spent on the apartment.

I liked the open kitchen inside the room with all the kitchen stuff available there, clean and ready to use including laundry.

1-Hotel location is not good at all. 2-Room view was very bad. 3-It was noisy in the night, traffic and street noise disturbed our sleep even though we did not open the balcony door. 4-There was only one bottle of water for a family of three which I believe is not enough for the whole 24 hours. 5-The staff on the reception was trying to make us check out asap than our guaranteed check out time. The staff on check in counter was not helpful (except one filipino lady who checked us in). 6-The hotel looked very fancy, modern, and bright in the pictures but it is not in actual. The furniture inside the room looks very used/old gives very off vibes.
