The room is very spacious and comfortable. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. I was very happy with the swimming pool, it was so clean and the sun bed has disposable covers on it. He really did a good job.

It’s just the location of the property. But it is safe.

I liked the open kitchen inside the room with all the kitchen stuff available there, clean and ready to use including laundry.

1-Hotel location is not good at all. 2-Room view was very bad. 3-It was noisy in the night, traffic and street noise disturbed our sleep even though we did not open the balcony door. 4-There was only one bottle of water for a family of three which I believe is not enough for the whole 24 hours. 5-The staff on the reception was trying to make us check out asap than our guaranteed check out time. The staff on check in counter was not helpful (except one filipino lady who checked us in). 6-The hotel looked very fancy, modern, and bright in the pictures but it is not in actual. The furniture inside the room looks very used/old gives very off vibes.
