Very comfortable and affordable

Clean, comfortable hotel and hotel room with friendly, helpful staff. Being connected to the mall with decent food court was very convenient. Also, the included kitchen and washing machine were nice to make some small meals and wash our clothes. Very enjoyable stay especially for the price.

Fitness center connected to pool only open when pool is (noon to 9pm I think) so I couldn't do morning exercise. Pulling into the hotel by taxi or car isn't great due to entry being connected to mall and no hotel lobby entrance drop off area, but otherwise it was great!

Would be nice if the room came with an ironing board, hairdryer and clothes dryer automatically without request. But it wasn’t a big deal as it was brought promptly when asked for. But it’s an improvement opportunity.

Relaxing stay

had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience memorable was the exceptional service. A special shoutout to Bilal from the staff — he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my visit. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail really stood out. Thank you, Bilal, for making my stay so enjoyable!

What I didn’t like was that the room lighting was a bit dim, and the TVs could be more advanced — having smart TVs would really enhance the stay.

Hotel is old and it could use a good refurbishment. No hair blower inside the room. Around 20-30 mins. away from the city centre. Staff cleaning the other rooms could be quite loud in the afternoon.

I book double bed room when I am chek in have 2 mattress when I sleep I feel then vert hard to change anger room I didn't complain but استعمال not good still now I feel pain my back side matters not soft

We stayed in L'Arabia Hotel Apartments second time, place always makes us feel at home. Team were able to fit our request well. Placed next to mall, no struggle for supplies or eleventh hour shopping.

Curtains needed dry clean and windows need new seals to dampen noise from wind.

All things were good. Staff were courteous. Mall was nearby and also accessible directly from Hotel

It is far from Shabiya where there is lot of activities, crowd etc.

Pleasant

I liked that the hotel room had a washer, stove, and fridge. The room was a nice size and above a mall and Nesto which made everything convenient.

There wasn't an ironing board and iron in the room. Room service didn't bring it to the next day.
