Great location for where we needed to be. Excellent hotel.

Good location to the river. Breakfast inclusive was good. Room comfortable and had all necessary facilities. Evening meal in the restaurant was very good.

Honestly, nothing.

Want to describe our stay. Do not recommend. The reasons are. So, we booked the room the day before. We expected to have good service, room and supper. We made 1000 km from France. We were tired. When we arrived, we saw closed door. One one here. We made at least 10 calls , two numbers were with automatic answer. No back call. All guests tried to help us. They were looking for keys, for codes. We were nervous. No email, no telephone call from hotel. They didn’t sent letter, they didn’t make call. Restaurant was closed also, though we wanted to have dinner, that s why we booked hotel with restaurant. Ok, after 40 minutes of nervous waiting, it was 20.00 when we arrived, at last, the worker , lady has come . She was angry and rough. She didn’t apologised. We think in order to have visitors such persons should not be at work. Breakfast is very poor, even brotchen for additional price. Soya milk was not fresh, it doesn’t like traditional German breakfast. The room was tidy. Clean. Beds are not very comfortable. We are not satisfied with our stay. Won’t book again and do not recommend! no. Bad experience for us. Before we were in some hotels in Mettlach. Thanks for guests and neighbour restaurant opposite for their sincere help to find how to check in. The restaurant opposite we recommend!

Very good hotel for a stopover on a trip through Europe.

Very good room with a balcony. comfortable bed, excellent breakfast. We have stayed here before and it was well up to standard, welcoming and helpful staff.

We knew the restaurant would be closed on the day we arrived - we had to collect the key from the bakery next door, which made us a little unsure about whether the hotel would be staffed and how and where we would get breakfast, but it was all fine. The hotel would do well to make this clear to guests arriving on a Thursday.

Excellently refurbished hotel and beds in a perfect location, the best hotel in the area (we have stayed at all other principal hotels in Mettlach outlets area.

Difficult to pinpoint anything, except TV only local/regional.

Wonderful stay in Mettlach

Very friendly staff. We arrived a little later than planned. The staff did everything to give us a warm welcome. We had a very good meal in the hotel restaurant. The next morning a wonderful breakfast was served in the hotel's café nextdoor. We will definitely remember this hotel for another occasion.

Okay für eine Nacht

Das Zimmer war okay, die Lage gut. Parkplatz am Hotel.

Matratzen müssten getauscht werden Das Frühstück war okay. Die Kommunikation des Personals nicht okay. Obwohl das Frühstück ab 8.00 Uhr angeboten wurde, war es um 8.30 Uhr noch nicht fertig aufgebaut und es wurde vom Personal nicht kommuniziert. Schade. Ich esse zum Frühstück gerne ein gekochtes Ei. Das gab es dann auch nachdem wir fertig waren und obwohl uns auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt worden war daß es keine gek. Eier gäbe.

Goed 3 sterren hotel.

Locatie , kamer , ontbijt -speciaal glutenvrij en amandelmelk voorzien. Ook in restaurant speciaal met mijn allergie rekening gehouden.

Ik kon geen decaf. Koffie krijgen want die machine werd niet alleen voor mij aan gezet.

Perfekter Urlaub

Mittendrin statt nur dabei. Super Lage, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Tolles Frühstück in Buffet Form, es wurde ständig nachgelegt. Schönes, großes Zimmer. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Mettlach

Das Hotel liegt in der Fußgängerzone von Mettlach. Es waren ausreichen Hotelparkplätze vorhanden. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das gleiche gilt für die Bedienungen im Restaurant. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Es gab eine saisonale Karte mit vielen Pfifferlinggerichten, zusätzlich aber auch die üblichen Gerichte. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bad modern und ebenfalls sauber. Die Auswahl zum Frühstück war gut. Vor allem das Brot war superfrisch und lecker. Kaffee gab es in allen Variationen.

Im Bad gab es zu wenig Möglichkeiten die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Ablage in der Dusche fehlte ebenfalls. Es war schade, dass wir um 21 Uhr aus dem Restaurant des Hotels "geworfen" wurden, obwohl wir unser Bier noch nicht einmal ausgetrunken hatten. Eine Hotelbar gab es leider nicht, wo wir das nette Gespräch mit den anderen, an unserem Nebentisch sitzenden Gästen, hätten weiterführen können. Draußen war es leider zu kühl. Da Frühstück war zwar insgesamt gut, doch möchte ich anmerken, dass die Brötchen sehr zäh und nicht knusprig waren, obwohl sich die zugehörige Bäckerei mit direkter Verbindungstür neben dem Hotel befindet. Es hätte ein wenig aufmerksamer nachgelgt werden können. Leider war am ersten Morgen der Bacon zum Rührei bereits leergeräumt und wurde auch nicht wieder aufgefüllt, obwohl die Frühstückszeit noch über eine Stunde dauerte.

Nous avons eu une très belle chambre dans un hôtel placé idéalement devant un parking en toute sécurité. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et nos produits frais ont été mis en chambre froide jusqu’au lendemain. très bon petit déjeuner.

Dommage que le restaurant ferme à 17h. Nous n’avons pas pu en profiter.

Schönes Hotel aber mit Glockengeläut

Schönes Hotel mit eigener Bar und Restaurant Möglichkeit, sehr freundliches Personal, modernes Bad, bequeme Betten, großer Balkon nach hinten weg, Frühstück vielfältig und stets aufgefüllt, frisch gezapftes pinkes Bier als Empfehlung ;-)

Das Hotel kann nichts dafür, aber der Kirchturm ist direkt daneben und alle 15 Minuten (außer zwischen 22 und 6 Uhr) läuten die Glocken. Wir fanden es wirklich extrem nervig. Das sollte man bei der Buchung bedenken

Perfekt für 2 Nächte Familienausflug

Der Check in war super freundlich und das Frühstück hat uns total begeistert. Lage und Parkmöglichkeiten sind ok. Zimmer war für 3 Erwachsene groß genug und sauber.

Auf den Balkonen sollte auch Rauchverbot herrschen, kam über das geöffnete Fenster am frühen Morgen immer der Duft reingezogen. Die Türen zwischen Treppenhaus und Flur schließen sehr laut, da könnte man sich was einfallen lassen.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mitten im Zentrum von Mettlach, das ich gerne weiterempfehle. Vom Empfang bis zur Abreise hat alles gestimmt: Zimmer, der Kuchen am Nachmittag, Abendessen und Frühstück waren top. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Mitten im Zentrum war man fußläufig schnell an der Bootsanlegestelle, im Park und in den Villeroy und Boch Welten mit dazugehörigem Park, die es sich anzusehen sehr lohnt. Kostenloses Parken am Hotel war kein Problem. Es gibt auch einige kleine Outlets zum shoppen. Gerne komme ich wieder.

Grote verzorgde kamer met balkon. Vriendelijk personeel en uitgebreid ontbijt. Er was een tafel vrijgehouden voor het diner, mochten we besluiten om daar te eten. We hebben daar dan ook lekker avondeten gegeten.

Er was niets dat we als negatief ervaren hebben.

Heerlijk weekend weg met een uitstekend verblijf in Hotel Zum Schwan.

Mooi hotel met een mooie ligging in het dorp. Vriendelijk personeel en vriendelijke mevrouw bij de receptie. Hartelijke ontvangst. Informatie werd duidelijk gegeven. Goed en lekker eten op het terras van het hotel. Prima kamer met balkon aan de straat.
