Spacey room and bathroom. Location.
When restaurant is crowded it is an overload for restaurant's organization because food comes very late after ordering or it's even impossible to order anything until the crowd thins out.

The hotel is in a stunningly beautiful location with fantastic views. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff members are young, friendly, and polite.
For a 4-star hotel, the dining experience was very disappointing. Just one hour after dinner started, most buffet trays were completely empty, and after asking for refills, we only got a fraction of the food. There were no clean plates available, so we had to wait for them. Breakfast was the exact same story—empty food trays, extremely slow refills, and running out of coffee. Despite multiple guests asking for coffee to be refilled, nothing changed. The staff is nice, but very passive and lacking initiative.
