Room was clean, Beds were comfortable. Had swipe cards to enter elevators after a certain time

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

The mattresses are so hard, not very comfortable beds The pillows are pathetic No couch to sit on in the 3 bedroom apartment No aircon or air flow on the 19th floor. The windows barely open Stayed 4 nights, 5 days and the rooms were not serviced at all during our stay Free parking is only available 6pm to 8am but only about 20 spaces for the whole street. It’s pure luck to get a park

Only gripe I had was the very close proximity of the neighboring buildings.

I never had any breakfast and at first was not impressed with the area.

All things considered nothing serious. The staff were polite and very helpful. The flat was very clean and tidy with ample amount of cooking facilities. The bus service was convenient and close by.

It was close to the hospital.

There are hidden cost even if you prepaid like it says on booking app, they ask for a deposit of $100 which I never received back. With no explanation as to why.

Good value for money for a base to sleep when your on a night out.

The rooms were really good, beds were comfortable, enough seating for 6 people bathrooms were clean.

The A toilet had a funny smell the whole time even from when we first entered the apartment and nobody had used it yet and it got extremely hot even with all the windows open and fans on.

The Location is good and valued

The laundry is closed too early, Maybe better to use the room card to entry. No one will waiting in the laundry until the washing and drying process. After hours the door will locked. If you just stay for one night you can't have your clothes back after 10:00 Pm.

Location was great. David in reception was the best. He listened and tried to help.

It advertised a kitchen but cook top didn't work, no pots to cook with. Not enough utensils or plates to eat with. No toaster, jug leaked and a tea towel was supplied but no dishwashing detergent. Tacks from loose carpet were exposed so quite dangerous especially for children. Asked for a can opener but told they don't have them. Bed very hard, and had to ask for more pillows which were supplied. When we complained manager promised the world but still waiting for him to get back to us.
