    We've now stayed at the Crowne Plaza Queenstown three years running, and it keeps earning our return visit! The location is simply excellent — perfectly positioned to make the most of everything Queenstown has to offer, without a long commute back to relax at the end of the day. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the two double beds were a real standout — such a practical touch that made our stay even more comfortable and gave everyone plenty of room to spread out. The breakfast buffet offered a decent variety to fuel us for a day of exploring, and the staff were consistently attentive and friendly, going out of their way to make us feel welcome each time. Three years in a row says it all — we wouldn't hesitate to book again, and we're already looking forward to our next stay!

    Spent 4-12 July 2026 there with my son. Crowne Plaza Queenstown is a hotel with dated facilities. Bathroom, TV, linen, cutlery, carpets- look tired. Very cold everywhere (except restaurant). Onsite parking - very expensive. Restaurant - lower than average. However, all staff is trained, so doing their jobs well.
