Cleaning of room was a bit confusing did not realise it was not done every day. Needs to be clarified at sign in.

I loved the outlay of the room! So stunning!!! And I enjoyed the easy access to room service and reception
The room wasn’t super tidy- the floors did have some rubbish and our towels had stains from a previous guest. We did however get new towels on request

Its a nice hotel
The indoor pool was very cold and the spa was not even like warm
Then on the second day it was close due to a private function. Seen as that was the main reason I choose this hotel that was very disappointing
And the breakfast was $50 a head which is super expensive for breakfast

The room was very clean and tidy and beautifully presented. The public areas have been improved and the seating in the main public lounge is much better. We love that there is always a theme and lots of buzz around the main foyer.
The bar staff were not very attentive, one as eating whilst he served. Very slow service. Lack of eye contact and lack of communication at a time that wasn't all that busy.
