I love the breakfast! variety of food especially asian selection. fresh salad and fresh juice maker is fun activity for my daughter.

Bed was comfortable.
Stains on couch. Ledge around bath was filthy from previous guests. Checked in at 2.30pm, was advised too wait 10 minutes as room needed to be inspected after cleaning, was advised we would receive a call when room was ready, we walked for 2 hours around outside of Pan Pacific waiting for the call, we went back to reception only to be told ' we forgot to call you'. Room service: ordered buttered chicken, we received rice with sauce. Ordered a ham, cheese tomato sandwhich, was served with packet potatoe chips and looked like it was run over by a truck, it had no filling, just a crappy bit of cheese.
