Great property and location. Our host was amazing and very helpful. Took great care to make sure that the stay is comfortable. Neat and clean rooms. Wifi was good. The facilities in the kitchen were nice.

The property is a family home with a number of room catering for Room Only visitors. The room we had was spacious and clean. We enjoyed visiting Balarney and Cork so much we booked in for third night, and we were lucky that the room was available as there were other visitors on each of the night we were staying. So thanks to David for looking after us in such short and unexpected notice! ☘️😁
If you have hip or knee issues make sure you let this known when booking as the stairs are quite steep, and remember you have cases/baggage to carry, and if you are anything like me, you’ll have much more bags to carry after visiting the Balarney mill! 💛

Davmar did not include breakfast, but they offered a fridge and microwave in a common area, as well as clean plates bowls and cutlery. They would then clean these after breakfast, which was very helpful in making a quick start to the day.
