The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure, which I really appreciated with my long hair. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and spoke English well, which made communication effortless. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily come back.
The only minor downside was that the windows couldn’t be opened. However, the air conditioning worked well, so it didn’t affect our comfort or our overall experience.

The hotel is clean and staff are polite.
Eventhough we are on the main road, it is very quiet.
We had 2 rooms for 7 of us.
4 was put in room 268. There was a double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was too tight space for 2.
3 was put in room 241. There was no electrician to come fix the electricity when something tripped the circuit. Whole night we had to move around in darkness. There was no coffee/tea compliments or even a kettle. We were told only superior rooms are supplied with kettle and compliments. We have never experienced this in all the hotels we have stayed in, all over the world.
Staff are polite and place is clean. Hope in time to come, there will be more improvements on the perks for customers.
