Location and staff were great rooms had everything we needed except a blow dryer. Beds were comfortable

Carpet needs a clean the bathroom floor needs a good scrub. A blow dryer would have been great

The location is excellent. It is 2 minutes from South Yarra Station and the trams. It was very easy to get in to the city and the area was vibrant and full of shops and cafes.

I felt the room was not the one I had paid for. I had upgraded through booking .com to a bigger room but didnt receive that. The pictures implied a far better view than what we had and the balcony was bare and lacked a table or chairs. The ranch slider leaked so their was water pooled on the inside ledge. I spoke to the front desk and they said they would speak to the manager but I didnt hear anything from them. I felt I was in an over flow room.

Fantastic location, so many restaurants nearby, close to a small shopping centre, all within walking distance. Being right next to the train station had no impact on our stay as the noise wasn’t a problem as we thought it might be. Place was modern and stylish, staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable couch which is a pleasant change from a lot of places, no spare blanket though, so a throw for the couch would have been nice. Very large and comfortable bed.

Nothing major that we didn’t like, the apartment was smaller than we expected, kitchen was tiny and no bench space so not particularly a usable space, there were a few small weird flaws with the apartment like a random hole in the bathroom wall with some sort of clear Perspex screwed into it, not neatly and seemed to have zero purpose and the top of the small wardrobe was unfinished with exposed framing etc. Wardrobe was very small with no shelves only some small wired basket sets which was a shame because the apartment being so small meant leaving luggage on the floor was not an option as there was no room to walk if we did, so we had to try and jam everything into the small wardrobe. None of these things were a big issue though and we did not let them impact our stay and would stay again.

Good location and price

Room wasn’t ready after requesting for early check in. I arrived after check out time and room was still not ready. Was given a disabled room which had mould in the shower, couldn’t access fridge as dining table was in front of it
