Great rooms, very comfortable. Bathroom spotless and awesome shower.
The men working on reception were very slow and kept us waiting a long time without any apology which was just rude. I had pre-checked in and the male was asking me for all my details again which I spent a good while entering online to supposedly save time. He only stopped when I asked him why I needed to provide it all again so he obviously hadn’t checked. Similarly he asked for my reward club number which I had also entered and he obviously didn’t even check that either. He was slow and his overall service was poor. The rest of the staff I encountered were all lovely. Just the male on reception. I think his name started with Sh.

The kindness and helpfulness of staff. The rooms were nice and clean, the property landscaping was stunning
