They allowed late checkout
As soon as I arrived i was offered extra bottle of water
Very friendly staff
The tenant next to me was smoking. Not sure which room. I had to switch off the aircond so that the smoke does not go into my room, xonsiderijg bon-smoking area. I worry if it triggers the alarm.

The Club lounge was nice. Better drinks than in B.A.T.S.
15 minute wait for breakfast in dining room. Too few pool chairs, staff overwhelmed when hotel busy. Security in B.A.T.S. hassle hotel guests.
