The staff was incredible, especially with the kids.
The breakfast was superb! Beyond the broad variety of dishes we were offered freshly-made option from the menu. When staff noticed our kids really liked coconuts for breakfast, they even brought in coconuts - simply amazing service.
Overall the hotel is really great for kids offering plenty of entertainment especially on the weekend (jumping castle, popcorn, ice cream, craft activities, etc.).
Special thanks to Kartiri, Eri, Robby, Arguis, Ronal, Sella, Abili, Metana, Riko, Denise and Jodi (and everyone else) for making this an incredible stay!
There is really nothing to complain about. The incredible staff made every effort to make the stay as pleasant, convenient and memorable as possible, providing extra service wherever possible.

Comfortable. Live music. Went to Chinese restaurant. Alright breakfast buffet. Staff friendly. House keeping immaculate and attentive.

The Club lounge was nice. Better drinks than in B.A.T.S.
15 minute wait for breakfast in dining room. Too few pool chairs, staff overwhelmed when hotel busy. Security in B.A.T.S. hassle hotel guests.
